amazingly nice staff and the room was recently renovated and quiet. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the amenities included central heating and a personal safe. the breakfast was amazing and good, the check in was early.

Great breakfasts, exceptionally nice staff.

Possibly the best and really really nice stay for ski vacation. A safe box and central heating available in the twin room. Well-equipped bathroom with a bidet. Marvellous and reasonable location in mountain area, near to bus stop for the mountains, and the Oak forest which has the free shuttle bus to all the ski resorts.

The staff here was super helpful throughout our stay - always there when we needed them. We loved our cozy twin room with streaming services, made for a great evening chill session 📺. the breakfast spread was top-notch, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

The room we got was for three people and it was updated and pretty quiet. the bathroom was spotless and had a shower, a hairdryer, and even a bidet! 🚽.

I could enjoy skiing nearby and explore beautiful nature. the shared lounge and fireplace were cozy. Breakfast was nice but not too filling for a day of skiing.

I always love feeling cramped in a room with no storage and rock-hard Japanese beds.
